Statue at Plaza Gerardo Barrios in San Salvador

Theo and Rebecca Jedlicka

Project Overview

The Jedlicka family (Theo+Rebecca, Sarah, Daniela, Jan, and Ben) serve as missionaries in El Salvador since 2011, where they pastor in a small church in the capital. Their ministry is focused on building God’s kingdom in El Salvador through solid Bible teaching, and hands on discipleship. They also work to build friendships with other local pastors and ministries to partner together to further the impact of the Gospel in Central America. They are passionate about missions and have a vision for equipping and sending out Latinos as missionaries to other parts of the world, and believe that lasting change for poverty, violence, and every other problem can only be found in a relationship with Jesus Christ. Their favorite things about living in El Salvador are the kind people, the chaotic markets, and getting to eat red beans and tropical fruit for breakfast.
